Linda J. Allshouse

Allshouse, Linda J., 75, Johnstown, passed away January 29, 2023 at Westmont Woods. Born February 16, 1947 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Herbert and Ruth (High) Allshouse. Survived by loving sister, Karen Allshouse, Johnstown and their “adopted” sister, Deb Groeger, Johnstown; and best friend, Pam Kehl, Richland Township. Linda was a 1965 graduate of Ferndale-Dale High School. She was a faithful and active member of Grove Avenue United Methodist Church, where friends will be received Saturday, February 4th from Noon to 1:00 p.m. Funeral service with Rev. Carol Hickman and Rev. Deb Groeger officiating. Inurnment the Rose Garden Columbarium at All Faiths Chapel, Mausoleum and Cemetery, Richland Township. Arrangements entrusted to Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home of Johnstown. Because of Linda’s love of her furry friends, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Johnstown Veterinary Associates for their Emergency Animal Medical Fund. Since her first day at Westmont Woods in 2018, Linda was more than their patient. Everyone involved in her care became family. Through patience and persistence her Westmont Woods family helped give Linda more than a mere existence.
