Treat, Lawrence R., 67, Nanty Glo, passed away July 31, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center. Born October 20, 1955 in Pittsburgh, son of the late William and Lucille (Schmidt) Treat. Preceded in death by brother, Michael Paul; niece, Christi Nobrega.
Survived by loving wife, Joan Weaver; sisters, Joanne (Treat) Colyer married to Neal, Shirley (Paul) Robson, Maria (Paul) Person married to Bert; brothers, Eugene Paul Jr married to Debbie, John Paul married to Kristi, and William Paul; niece, Monica Nobrega. Larry was a graduate of Purdue University with a computer science degree. He worked as director of IT for Ferndale School District and CBM. Family will receive friends for his memorial service to begin Noon on Monday, August 7th, at Moskal and Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home of Johnstown, Rev. Joe Brown, officiating.
