Dibartola, JoAnn, 83, Moxham, passed away January 6, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born January 10, 1939 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Lawrence Dean and Katherine (Tenney) Dallas. Preceded in death by first husband, Dr. Alex William Barber; second husband, Lawrence Dibartola; brothers, James and Noel Dallas; and by sister, Donna Komara. Survived by loving children, Alexis Michel Angelo, Naples, Florida; Joseph Dean Barber and companion, Diane Grohal, Windber; Alex Barber married to Jennifer, San Tan Valley, Arizona; Judith Barber, Johnstown; RoseAnn Barber, Johnstown; Toni-Dean Dibartola and companion, John, Johnstown; step daughter, Sue married to Alan Sterner, Windber; grandchildren, Josh, Jeremy, Jacinta, Ryan, Bobby, Alex III, Jennifer and Tori; great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Ben, Synthia, and Alexandra. JoAnn was a loving wife, mother and grandmother with great grandchildren. She taught her family love, faith and hope. She taught how to do, be and help make the world a better place. She taught her family patience, kindness and love. JoAnn was a devout Catholic, faithful life member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Johnstown. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home of Johnstown, where vigil service will be held. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11th at St. Patrick Church, Very Rev. Matthew Baum. Committal to follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum, Geistown. www.kennedycarefh.com.
