Charles L. Pfeil Jr.

Pfeil, Charles L. Jr, 46 of Dale Borough, passed away December 17, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born April 15, 1976 in Johnstown, to loving parents, Charles L. Sr. and Bonnie (Hoerchler) Pfeil, Dale Borough. Preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents. Survived by loving wife of 17 years, Julie R. (Blank) Pfeil, Dale Borough; loving sons, Ryan C. and Nathan M. Pfeil, at home; loving sisters, Jamie J. married to Dan Feeser, Hanover; and Lisa M. married to Tom Lux, Dale Borough; mother in law, Mary Blank; and brother in law, Jack Blank, both of Johnstown; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Charlie was a faithful Catholic life member of St. Patrick's Church in Moxham. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran, member of the Dale Fireman's Club, avid fan of Notre Dame and Army. Family will receive friends at Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home, Johnstown, Tuesday, December 20th from 4 to 8:00 p.m., where vigil service will be held. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 21st. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Very Rev. Matthew Baum, celebrant, following mass Conemaugh Valley Marine Detachment will hold military honors. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park. www.kennedycarefh.com.
