Durant, Cathy L. "Kate", 60, Westmont, passed away February 19, 2022. Born August 22, 1961 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Eugene and Helen (Segedy) Tober. Survived by loving son, Jacob Durant; loving daughters, Jessica Durant; Sarah Durant, all of Johnstown; and Savannah Durant, Avalon, PA; grandson, Jacob Durant; brother, Eugene Tober; and sisters, Joyce married to Chris Von Lunen, all of Kansas; and Janice married to Larry Rummell, Johnstown; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Kate enjoyed music, online shopping and spending time with her family. She was a devoted mother to her children, caring sister and grandmother. She was a longtime employee of Erie Insurance Company and former member of Zion Lutheran Church, downtown Johnstown. Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, February 26th at Moskal & Kennedy Colonial Funeral Home, Johnstown. Private burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. www.kennedycarefh.com.
